I've always wanted to get into audio production but never knew where in the world to start, for example what program should I use? How do I use said program? I wanted to know if anyone here can help me out on this, I have a computer but the most I have on that is fl studio demo version

FL Studio is common for windows users while some people like ElectricMudkip use Logic for macs.

I'd throw out the fact that Logic is NOT for beginners unless you're some crazy music genius. It costs three hundred bucks, and I would never suggest a beginner starts with something like that, because that is a serious investment into something you may not decide you really enjoy. If you're on PC, go for either Mixcraft or FL (there are demos of both available the last time I checked) and if you are a Mac user like myself, start with Garageband, and don't upgrade to Logic until you have a total understanding of how Garageband works, because the difference between GB and Logic is like easy mode vs. hard. Don't get overambitious just coming out of the gate!

All DAWs are capable of being extremely tricky to use but that depends just what you do. Some people for example say that Ableton is the best DAW, some say it's Logic. I personally like FL Studio which I use. It has a superior piano roll and in some cases it might be a bit more simple than Ableton or Logic for example (which either I haven't used much at all). Of course it depends what you like to do. If you just like to take a midi and change the instrument, any DAW is capable of that and it's really simple and easy. If you want do more complex stuff, not all DAWs might be able to do it and it can get really tricky too. But most of all, I don't think it's about the DAW, it's about the producer/composer and how one uses the DAW.
I'd personally recommend FL Studio though. As you said, you had the demo version. In that case, I'd recommend to buy at least the Producer Edition which costs 175€. Signature Bundle is handy too, because you get for example Soundfont Player and Maximus with it (Sytrus too). That costs ~265€ I think. Sure, it's expensive but you should buy the DAW. You get also free updates for the rest of your life so I don't see any reason why not to buy it.

If you have access to a Mac, Garageband is definitely the place to start. I'm still using Garageband now and I consider myself at least slightly advanced now. I recommend installing Alchemy Player, which is a free Soundfont player for Garageband. Then I recommend Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra, which is a free orchestral soundfont library. With that you can create some pretty good-sounding stuff with the right reverb, etc.

As someone in the beginning said, experimenting is the key. I did that, I know Das did that, I know quite many other people did it too (talking about FL Studio now btw). I bet there's tutorials on YouTube or somewhere else on the Internet how to get started. Honestly, I'm not the best guy to explain how to start and I'm not a native English speaker either so no one probably would understand what I'm saying either.

I have my 8th period next and we get to just mess around so I'll see what I can do

I wish there were a VAW for Windows that had as nice of an interface as Garageband with the power of FL and was open source. That's a lot to wish for, but man is it much needed...
