Recently, you may have noticed our base of remixers has published undertale remixes or gameplays. It is an innocent activity of promoting a favorite game. However, this is becoming a problem.
Despite the american and Japanese release of PSMD, receiving high opinion from much of the PMD community, the amount of remixes barely lives up to it. I can find around 3 remixes for the entire game. For the sake of comparison, there were MANY Zinnia remixes and others around a week after the ORAS games came out.
Where are these remixes? Well, all I get in my subscription feed recently is just a ton of understale music. I don't really care to listen to it. I don't really hate it; just as a pokemon fan using my time efficiently, I usually only listen to pokemon music when I go to youtube.
With a broad amount of my subscriptions showing with undertale, it feels like the community has become disoriented. I'm unsure if I'll even get any more pokemon remixes from these youtubers. I'd think they'd come back to pokemon with as great as a game as PSMD, but now, that chance has passed, and I'm unsure if they will.
