I've had this idea for a while. And I'm very sure it has been done before. I'm sure we've all heard of rap battles, right? Right? Well this is like the same concept, only instead of rapping, we are remixing or even creating an original song. Essentially, you take turns every few measures to try to wow the viewers with your sick melodies and shit and at the end, they get to decide who won in the comments. Oh and to avoid favoritism, the remixers who compete are nameless until the very end. It's supposed to be more like a "Holy crap! This guy did that?!" and there will be a visual showing that Remixer 1's part is being played or remixer 2 so they would know who to pick while the remixer is still nameless.
The whole thing to avoid favoritism is optional, however. But given the maturity level of most of our listener community, It would seem like a huge popularity contest if the names were shown since the beginning.

I think this would be an awesome idea, although I feel like for each video they should be remixing the same song to see who did it better (to avoid peoples biast towards a particular song)

This sounds like an incredible idea, if this ever happens I would love to participate.
I agree with Hydra that they should all be parts of the same song, maybe even the same parts of the same song. For instance, in a piece such as Hoenn Route 111 desert, the theme repeats every 50 seconds or so. If 5 people got together to do this, each person could share their entire take on the theme in a video less than 5 minutes long.
